Sunday roast cook off

Options
Inspired by this thread, how's about a roast dinner cook off?

Open to suggestions but I thought ...

Any menu that you like. We can say beforehand to give ideas to others.

Photos taken before during and after (can always be posted later rather than real time)

For newbie chefs that need help we could keep the thread running and answer their questions as they cook.

Someone more expert than me can be in charge (I'm an OS imposter :o )

Comments please :D:D:D

... Mr B and Tigs are expected to make an appearance

Oh great! My turn to watch! thparty0051.gif

I'm very unlikely to be able to do this at a weekend without much more notice (like months). I'm still cream-crackered after yesterday's effort. :o

I will probably be able to offer my invaluable assistance though. trink04.gif
If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.

15th sounds good with me, especially as it will be a lot cooler :)

Is it okay to cook the meat in the slow cooker, as I always cook my chicken in the sc with a lemon and half garlic bulb..mmm
