Not sure how to do this, but hopefully this is the chicken just after it came out the oven!!!0 -
Oh, looks like it has worked!!!! If you use the slide show, (the pictures arnt in order, not sure why!!!) but there is a picture of the chicken just about to go in the oven, i always roast it for the first half hour upside down.
Then, the chicken halfway throught (back the right way) near the potatoes, which i par boil before roasting.
There is also the finished chicken, the finished meal (roast chicken, roast potatoes, roasted butternut squash and sweet potato, cauliflower and brocolli cheese, carrots and peas and sweetcorn) and then the cleared plate!!!! It was delicious, hope everyone else has had a success with their roast!!!!0 -

Afraid the puppy was too small for the chicken!!!! But it was delicious, and ronankfan supplied the pud (chocolate pud from Waitrose, yum!!!) but thats all gone now too!!!!
Everything went down really well, we all (including the 5 children!!!!:eek: ) cleared our plates!!!0 -
I can only see one picture too... that chicken looked scrummy though!!
Ohhh only about half and hour for mine !!!
