Hey everyone

Congratulations Falady - hope you and baby are happy at home
I've finally settled into a routine at uni, just to have to change it all again in a weeks time when I start my school placement... It's killing me at the moment - I'm leaving the house at 7.30 each morning, at uni 9-4.30, getting home around half 5 then doing another load of work. I'm dreading my first placement, as it's about 40 miles away, so I'm going to have to be leaving the house around 7 if I want to drive - off to look at train routes instead though, if I can do it, it'd be so much better, as i'd be able to work on the way there and home, rather than coming home and doing a couple of hours work. Fingers crossed anyway!
Been a productive weekend though, cleaned the flat top to bottom yesterday - did the kitchen and bathroom, hoovered all the way through, changed the sheets, and got all the washing up to date. And this morning i've made bread for this weeks sandwiches, and biscuits and cake so far, for pack-ups. Just trying to decide what to do for snack-bars this week - I may go hunting for cereal bar type recipes. Tea tonight, I'm making a pasta bake, so that'll do tonight and a few meals in the freezer too
Enjoy the rest of your Sunday everyone

Hey all,
Will catch up properly later but just wanted to let you know. Went to A&E on Friday morning with my gallstone pain that I posted about, ended up being kept in and just got home. Been on an antibiotic and saline drip, nil by mouth for about 36 hours. The dr wanted me to stay a third night but promised him i would rest and take the meds so been allowed home. Still feel very poorly so off to curl up in my own bed in a quiet bedroom yay.
Hugs all xxGC 2011

 Hi All,
Smiley thing working for me too!
Haven't been around much as have been poorly (IBS) but seem to be on the mend now
it's odd but I always seem to get it after the thing i've been stressed about is resolved and I start to relax, not whilst I'm actually stressing. Good news is I heard from DWP on Friday and not only am I entitled to more money but have been since April last year and they are backdating it :j Time to pay off a few debts and get sorted for winter and the festivities :eek:.
Will catch up on the last couple of days in a bit so hugs and spoons to those that need them x
Os wise today, am potroasting some brisket that DP won in a raffle :money: along with plenty of winter veg and stock, nomnom, will whizz all the veg and stock up with blender after. Everyone loves this sauce but wouldn't eat the veg if I dished it up
Have washed and line dried three loads today but that now means Mt Ironmore is beckoning
It can wait til tomorrow when everyone else is out and I will do it whilst watching my programmes on sky +.
Have Just seen Falady's good news. Congratulations to you and OH.
Best Wishes to all, have a good Sunday Os or otherwise.

Hi everyone,
Welcome, Katie, well done Falady, hope you get on ok with the feeding now.
Shysarah, I hope you get beck to normal soon.
I've got DD's new B?F coming for dinner tonight. They've been dating for a while but just decided to make it official, so I'm doing pork shoulder and all the trimmings followed by rhubarb crumble. I'm also going to make some mocha squares and Hester's apple cake and some millionaires shortcake if I'v got time.
Off to watch the match now, come on United (and before anyone mocks me for being a southern supporter, I grew up just north of Wigan and have supported Utd for years).0 -

I am suffering terribly with morning sickness and exhaustion at the moment and didn't actually get up till dinner. Dp has done some house work and looked after DD, i am just writing a shoppping list at the mo and will try muster up some energy to do some more housework later.
Hello to you all and congratulations on the arrival of Katie x0 -
Hello Again
Many Thanks BB
Sistercas he was Jonny Allen in EEnders and also was in the Bill
Shysarah - sending get well thoughts your way though it is always much nicer to be at home.
Hello & welcome back OS returners & also welcome to the newbies
DS' team lost their football match 2-0 but were a man down, the other team were not as sportsmanly (is that a word?) which is a shame especially when you are talking about 11 & 12 year olds. Picked up a piece of pork from the farm shop on the way home, was expensive but I know its going to be lovely.
Going to have half hour surfing then will get on with stuff......honest :A0
