Laptop not loading up properly

Clearly you need the graphics driver (Do you have a driver disc)

Depends what you have but simplest thing to try is goto WINDOWS UPDATES and see if its in the custom downloads

Hmmm,,,, No we go to the Dell website in order to install the Drivers in the order suggested.

ok rik no probs no offence but Donnie knows exactly where we are in the process so gonna get on the case with him cheers for the advice tho

Hi Donnie ok mate no probs will do , i will probably be switching the cable between the PC and laptop to see this thread its a lot easier ,

Is that ok to do that ? or should i just stay connected to the laptop ?

Not possible to see the thread on the laptop? I assumed that you would be working from the laptop once we added the Ethernet driver.
