You can use CCleaner > Tools > Startup to disable these items:
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [igfxtray] C:\WINDOWS\system32\igfxtray.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [igfxhkcmd] C:\WINDOWS\system32\hkcmd.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [igfxpers] C:\WINDOWS\system32\igfxpers.exe

You can also stop the Broadcom entry if you choose to use WZC instead.

What about the Broadcom one? Didn't you say it was installed and there were no question marks in the Device Manager?

It is Windows built in utility for connecting wirelessly. Obviating the need for more software.
