Noooo I have to eat carbs with everything. Porridge for breakfast. Sandwiches at lunch and then a cooked meal with lots of carbs. I dont like it. Maybe i should marry a chef? and then i might eat healthy stuff. I can't do it. I dont know how you do it Jim.

By the way. OOOOOOH MYYYYY GGGGGGGGGGGGGosh. WORRIED JIM on our thread. Holy Cow. Susan we have PULLED 00020459.gif(In a nice way) as i think he is a hero. He is dead inspiring and he has fab taste in music too.

You'll be glad to hear that I had a reply from Jinny tonight :j She said that she had been caught up in things at home and had got out of the habit of posting, but promised to pop in for a chat sometime

Glad they are having fun. Susan I will try I just give up as they never sort themselves out. Today i was 4.6 all day (v good if a little low) but I dont know what i did that was different from any other day. It is not logical and i cannot get it to stablilise, well i can when i am not stressed and not at work! But i will start eating more fresh fruit and veg as well as the huge amount of carbs.

How are you sweetie? today was a fab day for drying. I think it will be good at the weekend and i shall try to do some then. Sooo tired but happy. I achieved a lot today. Life is grand again. Still another 9 trillion things to do but i am grateful for what i have been allowed to accomplish!

How is your friend? Is she ok? Antidepressants take a while to work I am glad she is with her parents. It is good when people are not alone.

My friend called here this morning (in person not by phone). GP had left a prescription for her at pharmacy in surgery and she felt well enough to drive so she came into town with her Mum & Dad, collected the prescription, called in home to pick up some meds she had forgot to take with her, popped in to see us, then took her Mum to hospital for blood tests which Mum had been putting off for a week or so. Mr 3Dogs spoke to her as I was still in bed (she knows that I normally have a long lie-in on a Thrsday so she was not surprised :o) He said she looked and sounded much more like her old self, which was great, so being with her parents and taking the anti-depressants are doing her the world of good

Hooray. So glad. The human spirit is so amazing.I do hope she continues to spend time around people like her family and you both, it makes such a difference when we are not alone. I am really tired 3Dogs, i might nip off to sleep. Everyone have a great night. It is nearly the weekend. Hooray.
