Glad the workmen are coming tomorrow - at least you will be that little bit nearer completion of the project :j :j Mind you, if they have to do more plastering, does that mean you have to wait longer for painting to be done?

Yep. Glad in a way as it is too hard for me to get to a DiY shop and choose colours, i do wish i was able to drive. People take it for granted and i want to do normal things. One day maybe. I dont think it will ever happen. All my life i have wanted the confidence, now i have that my health is too bad. Still we must focus on the positive.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220

You should look on the other forums on this site, it's not all about debt/money - I am sure that there would be a Diabetic's thread with ideas for food or other ones with food ideas you would like

I think i know what i have to eat but i put that at the back of my priorities. All i am doing is making myself more ill. As my doctor says i must put me first. Part of me wants to go blind. Then i wont be on here, i wont have to struggle to work and i can die but the other half remembers all my childhood friends that didn't make it and i have to keep going for them. How stupid does that sound?
Worried jim is not insulin dependent and he is on a strange food diet. I dont know if there is a thread i can use. i have lots of cookery books i have to wait till the builders go and i can cook again and eat v carefully.
things will get better.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220
