For an amazing story of a single mum and her daughter. Gamu lives in the same town as me and is the same age as my daughter. They are also members of the same church as us. Truely lovely immigrants and a story of a single mum who has really worked hard to bring up her children without 'supports'. It certainly does raise very pertinent questions about how we are bringing up our children.

As you know them I hope you don't mind me asking. Is it true the authorities are trying to deport Gamu and her family? I think I've heard that recently.

Clearly part of the problem is that they've been "supported" - so nobody's ever told them they're thick, annoying, rude, can't sing and are common before.

The girl that did the slapping,had her jugs out in a double page spread in 'The Sport' the following week.

I was on a bus going through Tooting the other day, which (sorry to say) is now like a Third World area (used to be quite nice a decade or so ago). Three very large Romany women in traditional dress and with gold teeth, etc, trailing kids, got on the bus, were screaming and shouting at each other, and put on a radio with very loud (traditional) music. I defy anyone to say that people such as this can in any way be useful members of British society, who will not take anything from hard-working taxpayers.

How on Earth did we come to such a situation?
