Immigration, houses and upbringing

The question of immigration and housing is a common theme on this forum. On the plus side, immigration provides a steady supply of intelligent, hard working and well mannered people to fill our job vacancies. On the minus side, high levels of immigration puts a strain on housing, education and services.
When I see this video however, I am inclined to favour immigration.

Lets face it, we have lost the plot when it comes to child rearing in this country. These two missguided girls are just two amongst an army of lost souls coming out of UK schools today.

I thought that was brilliant, I saw it on the night. yeah, but no, but ....
Two fat thick birds, who can't sing, are rude ... and then slap each other about.
Clearly part of the problem is that they've been "supported" - so nobody's ever told them they're thick, annoying, rude, can't sing and are common before.0 -
I don't watch much tv, particularly sh1te like x factor, but that was funny."The problem with quotes on the internet is that you never know whether they are genuine or not" -

Brilliant
Then again at the other end of the of the spectrum they turn out things like this.
Unfortunately this one has some power:eek:'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. A single market without barriers visible or invisible giving you direct and unhindered access to the purchasing power of over 300 million of the worlds wealthiest and most prosperous people' Margaret Thatcher0 -
The clip may be funny on one level, but it is exploitative too, so I felt just a little dirty, 'enjoying' it. I wouldn't laugh at someone who had a limb missing or a psychological impediment of some kind, so why should I find two girls who are socially inept, funny?
Thanks to science replacing superstition, we all understand that if someone is born physically or psychologically impaired it's not their fault. Those responsible for airing programmes like this, haven't worked out, apparently, that our upbringing and life chances are also a bit of a lottery.
Or maybe it's worth it, if it boosts the ratings, eh?

I'm sure they have; not in those words, but there will have been people trying to help these kids for the past 15 years or so.
Unfortunately, those who might help are so enfeebled by political correctness and legislation, that their power of influence is as nothing beside chronically bad parenting.
School takes up about 1/6 of a child's time.0
