Wow, Shelley, I was just about to give a smaller version of that cabinet to the CS! Now I can see it painted up and storing spare toiletries in my bathroom. What colour stain/varnish did you use for the top please? Also how many coats of undercoat/topcoat did you use?0

Noooo don't give it away AnnieI used 3 coats of walnut stain on the top. I then did 2 coats of primer and 2 coats of Farrow & Ball Dimity. I took the hinges off and sprayed them with chrome spray and got the heart handles from Homebase
really easy to do and looks really expensive. Hubby is really pleased with the way it has turned out x
