My husband thought that grey grout would look dreadful with our quite dark cream tiles and bought matching grout and did the hallway. He then tiled the kitchen with the same tiles and I insisted on the grey (my kitchen, my rules!). Now even he admits the grey looks better ;) Our tiles are darker than cream though, but not beige/sandstoney, just dark cream I'd call it.

Cream! I think grey will look dirty. unless the cream tiles have a grey tone to them. I would rather have cream, or white. We have cream for our cream metro tiles and it looks great.

I vote for cream too. I think the grey grout would date and has the potential to look like dirty grout the whole time.

I am still not sure which way to go. I am thinking the grey grout would tie in with the stainless steel appliances.

My kitchen man says he can get white or beige grout - not cream.
