    Love the cushion HMO, gorgeous.

Emma Kate, lovely table transformation, very pretty but understated.

My floor is nearly finished (pics in the usual place) I love it, I keep going out and sitting on it just to feel how lovely it is. Need to hire a big sander this week to get it ready for varnishing (not looking forward to that hit with 5 cats!)

That's lovely flooring! Are you sure you need to sand it? Those industrial ones are very powerful and leave gouges in your floor if you don't do it right. I'm very concerned you will lose your flat finish and get a rippled effect. Can't you leave it and just varnish it as is?

No, it does need sanding, it's not fully even and it's far to rough to varnish. It needs to be wheel chair proof for DH so needs to be as even as possible.

I've used the big sanders before without issue so should be ok. (famous last words!)

I have an old metal singer sewing machine metal stand that has been out in my gargen for about 5 years, it has started to rust. I would like to make this into a table. The stand is not completely rusty, so the advice i am looking for is how do i remove the rust and what prepartions do i need to do. This table will be for inside my house.
