Abusson blue, Im going to paint my sideboard that colour for my dining room. What are you painting with it??? There is a sideboard the same as mine for sale on ebay painted in Abusson blue and farrow and ball blue gray top.
I had already picked this colour before seeing this on ebay. its good to see how it will look though.
I have a french style narrow two-drawer console table on turned legs that I got from Freecycle for the Hallway. I am worried that the colour may be a bit too strong as I have a newish house so everthing is still the inevitable Magnolia at the moment, but I so love the colour.
Will have to tie it in with pictures or something that highlight the colour to tone it in a little.0 -
Green glade by dulux weathershield. It's self undercoating too! Very nice paint.0

it looks a nice colour thank you
Its perfect for what we all do. I would imagine that it's tough too as you get a 6 year weather guarantee. I am just loving the fact that its self undercoating.
Anyway I have just invested in an old pine dresser, bog standard, nasty orange looking with windowed doors at the top and can't decide how to paint!
I think I am gonna go with white as its for the living room but I just don't know. It will be arriving tomorrow?...decisions eh?.....0 -

A couple of weeks ago on this thread, someone mentioned getting tins of Oops paint (the stuff that gets specially mixed in a store and for whatever reason doesn't get sold/used etc).
I've just been in my local B&Q and spotted a shelf of reduced paint. It was well hidden but I managed to stumble across it regardless.
I've picked up some custom mixed pots of good quality paint in perfect colours for my next project for about 40% of their original price. They had dented tins for half price and tins with other damage, but all still usable and cheaper than normal. Quite a bit of Craig & Rose, Valspar, Dulux etc.
Just thought I'd mention it, as they do clearly sell stuff off on a clearance shelf but you might need to hunt about or even ask to find it.
Happy painting!
