Has anybody else had these light spots where sanding back oak? Is this the colour I should be aiming to get the whole top to look like? http://instagr.am/p/U8k__Co7m-/
I've down tooled till I can decide what to do next, maybe put some Georgian oak or danish oil on it? I was hoping for a natural wood with wax on top finish.0 -
My latest project that I completed this morning:

It is a recovered stool in chintzy fabric from an old nightgown that I picked up in a charity shop.
I'm really happy with it.
