Not on here yet, been wearing thick socks with slippers and dressing gowns over clothes, also got the hot water bottles out
thermometer says its 18/19c in the bedroom and 16c downstairs, so not too bad yet.

The recommended temp is 21c in living room and 18c elsewhere in house and that not really warm but I try to stick to that0

According to an article on the BBC:
24C - top range of comfort
21C - recommended living room temperature
Less than 20C - death risk begins
18C - recommended bedroom temperature
16C - resistance to respiratory diseases weakened
12C - more than two hours at this temperature raises blood pressure and increases heart attack and stroke risk
5C - Significant risk of hypothermia

I didn't quite make November either , oh so nearly..... but I have only had it on for a couple of hours in the evening and 1 hr in the morning so far... I hope its a good sign that the new Cavity Wall Insulation is doing its job:T#6 of the SKI-ers Club :j

Yes, freezing cold here usually stays on at 20c. I usually feel the cold in my hands.0

It got cold here last Saturday and needed to test it. Monday it was properly cold.
We can control it in each room, so on background in less used rooms and whatever we need in the ones we do use.An average day in my life:hello: :eek::mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T:rotfl: :rotfl:

had to turn mine on a week ago.Girlfriend cant stick th cold,she tuirns it up to 24c and i walk behind her while shes not looking turning it down to 21.heres some tips I found online:

I'm also thinking of running around the house to see if I can find any hot water or heating pipes that are hidden from view that arent insulated and adding some insulation.
