For reasons of not wanting to get the council named and shamed I will tell you that there are 20 pages of "homework" that you have to complete and 10 home visits. I am sure that they need to really check you out, but honestly outing me to my employer isn't really required. Also they require you to take a year's adoption leave. I work for a huge company and they only give 6 so you have to take 6 unpaid.
