I have been going to the gym but the holiday didnt do much for my weight so I have joined in with Mr. Bloater's challenge. I am aiming for -30lbs by the 29th July. (he picked the date)

Have cancelled the gym after the end of this month (again feeling thrifty) however the weather needs to cooperate!

Managed the weekly shop for 3 people (OH, Housekeeper and myself) for £60 Result!
Need to figure out how to do a signature so I can keep track of all this.

    However: today's weight 13.10 (gag!)

The signature option is under quick links near the top of the page, where the private message option is. Alternatively, you can get to it through the User CP option.

See you on Mr Bloater's thread!

good morning. Off to the gym for some punishment er I mean exercise. I thought of an idea for the gym. They make us eneter and leave through this little pod. I feel they could maximise cleanliness and minimize stinkiness if the used the pod as a human car wash that also sprayed deodorant on people enetering and leaving the gym
