    Ms NL stays away from my mom when my mom is holding scissors now! After OH gave mom an earfull about "the patriarchy " I don't think it will come up again!

    How are you this evening, my lovely American twin? Have you eaten all the hot cross bunnies? I did 40 mins yoga on the wii and am quite pleased with myself. In my pursuit of gorgeousness I burnt my neck with my curling tongs this morning and look as if I have been branded. I have learnt my lesson and have now got a complete head full of old fashioned pink rollers in. I have walked a couple of miles with our friend Leslie, and am now contemplating having a nice toasted currant teacake and a cup of tea (you see, you are a bad influence on me), then I shall remove my curlers and go and pick Mr Dot up from the pub - I am so mse you see that I won't let him pay for a taxi - even though we keep most of our finances seperate and I am saving him money using my petrol..............actually I will take his car.

    What????? You are going to keep us in suspenders until tomorrow? How very dare you? You know how impatient I am!

    I shall be removing rollers shortly and putting my coat on over my pyjamas to go and collect Mr Dot. The tct and tea were lovely. I shall await further developments from the House of New Leaf with delightful anticipation

    Your mum sounds quite a card..hope she starts to get better soon btw. But can see your OH having to put up with a lot!! MIL from hell eh??!!

    Have to say I like the sound of Macy's. was with DD1 in the big smoke today and went to JL. She did get a sale party dress...there was loads of lovely stuff there
