Oh, now that I may have to try baking hot cross bunnies
And Dot I do yoga have done for many years, just be very careful you get the placement of all bits of your body in the right place for each movement especially without a teacher more mischief is done by wrong placement and straining those deep muscles. But that said, enjoy, I do and reap the benefits every day.Start info Dec11

Love that bit about the Yeti lol...
I cant have a bath we are back on the boat and we only have a wet room with shower:)
I fancy yoga Dot but am not overly flexible... Although I can get my leg up in the boats kitchen sink to shave my legs... would this count as flexible.... perhaps that was a little too much information:rotfl:0 -
Oh Bast, a woman after my own heart - I have had many a wash in the kitchen sink when the boiler has broken - it's amazing how clean you can get yourself with a kettle full of water and a sponge isn't it? Oooh missrlr are you a proper yogi then? I used to have a fab dvd but I can't find it. Can you recommend one? Don't fancy going to classes, I'm too solitary (however I LURVE all my mse friends!)
Bast, I am as stiff as a plank however I know that in the past when I have done yoga it's amazing how quickly you become more flexible, would you agree missrlr? Not that I will ever be able to the can can or the splits however.0 -
mmm would love the yoga but a bit hard on a narrowboat and I am rather clumsy
Can can and splits couldnt do these as a child so as a mature woman of nearly *coughs* not gonna happen now....:rotfl
Dot I agree with you a good old strip watch by the kitchen sink really does clean you good and proper... Have to watch out for the walkers though.. The kitchen blinds are see through and a naked bast is not a pretty sight....:rotfl:0 -

we cant put OH in the bath her hair would soak up all the water.
Ok as long as we are being completely inappropriate here... my Mom loves to shop, and as I have mentioned before OH is clothing challenged. On a visit to America about 8 years ago, my Mum dragged a reluctant OH and me to her favorite store Macy's which is kind of like JL. Anyway my Mom was selecting some things for OH and we all trundled into the dressing room to "try" on in a big dressing room where my Mom was perched on the bench waiting to pass her verdict on how OH looked in the potential new duds.
OH strips off to her unders and my Mom exclaims "What's that in your pants" which got a lot of attention as you can imagine from the sales assistants and other shoppers.
The sale girl came and knocked on the door and asked if everything was ok, and my Mom yells back to her over the door" don't worry it's only her bush!"
I will let you all digest that before I tell you the next bitMortgage: £280,752/ £262,515.84

well obviously we were dying , mom and I laughing, OH not so much.
We got back to the house. Had dinner, watched TV and went to bed. In the morning my Mom comes in the room and says "wake up girls, I found stepdad's nose hair trimmers so you can begin a deforrestation exercise before you shower"Mortgage: £280,752/ £262,515.84
