So after my before bed shower she asks if I want her to look. I finally give in. She says " be right back" I thinks she has gone for gloves, medicine or a wet wipe. She came back with ... A torch!

Oh dear - poor you, NewLeaf! Had to look up Dot's recommendation, new product since I last suffered (during pregnancy - long time ago!). From the name, assume it's made by Germol!ne - which is what I used when 'Ello Vera wasn't to hand (though it feels really weird applying the gel, doesn't initially sting & go cold like G does. Grandpa swore by Preparation H, whatever that is/was).
Longer term; increase the fibre in your diet. Swap white bread/pasta for wholemeal, etc. Plus ensure you're drinking enough water (sounds daft saying that, but..).

Sincerely hope your symptoms subside soon.

Sorry but if someone was going to look at my most intimate places, I would be reassured that their initial approach only included an instrument to look rather than do something I might not be expecting or want them to! Apart from anything else, the use of a decent light would hopefully preclude the necessity for a second examination!

I like OH's logic, tbh.

It's Sunday night and I have had the phone call with, "as I like to call her, Mother" what I really call her to her face is snoozey Suzi since she often nods off while speaking to me. Sometimes nods off chatting on the phone. This wouldn't worry most people but snoozey was speaking to my great grandmas Helen on the phone when she died in '75.

We did the usual prebirthday dance where she asks me what I want, I tell her and she does go and get me what she wants anyway.

This year I stumped her. I told her I was going to do 1 completely altruistic deed a week for as many weeks as I am old. I got to do one last week and the feeling was immense.

And I have £700 raised for my charity, I need £4300 more by next year and I am going to make it.

Bonuses for both of us next month and the tax debt disappears completely. Then the big card goes and we will take a mini break that I won to France for a week. Vacation sorted.

Then back to fundraising.

The one thing I am doing this year just for me is losing this weight. I can do it.

I am asking OH for sex 2x a month for a year for my bd . It's been years I want to remember what it feels like xx
