Doesn't your housekeeper get paid whilst on holiday? What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?0

After the tax is out of the way (ha) to clear the rest of our debt in 24 months I will have to pay £1900 to it monthly. This will be helped along by any bonuses either OH or I get. It is a LOT of money and feels overwhelming but I intend to give it my 100% best shot. I am going to call around and get my totals updated today
Hi NL, that is an awesome ambition.. You have my admiration, and with OH's support you will succeed, surely. :T0 -
So I promised Dot52 I was going to try to lose 1lb a week, in keeping with that I am going to go walk to the PO to ship some parcels and then walk home. I have had some coffee and then will try to create some kind of low fat low cal lunch.
Today is very stressy as tonight I am being audited by PWC in a video teleconference for work. It's kind of a big deal because it has to do with Sarbanes Oxley compliance. Even though I know all my math is on the up and up, I can't make a mistake here. Another reason why I need to get this debt paid off so that I don't have to work at this level until I have a heart attack xMortgage: £280,752/ £262,515.84

No because she isn't here working and we buy her plane ticket to Poland. In addition to other benefits in kind we give her such as private medical and dental.
Do you think it is wrong not to pay her while she is on holiday?Mortgage: £280,752/ £262,515.84

Doesn't your housekeeper get paid whilst on holiday?
I think she's lucky to get paid at all!
Given the cost of living in central London, I'd have advertised the post as "part-time house-keeping duties in exchange for accommodation, partner to carry on their own profession" - I know several families who do this successfully.0 -

Just remember you are a competent professional who does a fabulous job every day - all you're doing is giving someone else the chance to see this for themselves.
