    nope - what i'm saying is that there a lots of "non-jobs" in the public sector. that people get hired for on their suitability.

    trying to confuse the issue by saying that someone will get a job because they are gay or from an ethnic background is a red-herring.
    they get the job because their employer thinks they are suitable not because of the sexual orientation or race.

    otherwise these councils would exclusively just employ homo-sexuals or non-white people.
