Well after reading on this forum that SELs/POS have been removed/changed/hidden by customers this is a very challenging process to manage

You are a tescoemplyee why would you care if the company you work for is lossing money because of their mistakes, and by the way I have not got or used a R+R policy.

I would never give that information out or allow you the satisfaction of knowing who i am - Due to me being mentioned on here before i have dealt with a least one of you before and i believe the mistake was not that of Tesco on that particular occassion
