I have an awful experience with them selling us stuff we didn't need and not being able to fix simple things on our cars, USELESS

would not trust them jokers to fill washer bottle on my car let alone mess with brakes/suspension.
about time people stopped using the outfit lets hope watchdog opens people eyes as to how bad they really are?

Didn't Watchdog do an expose on the exhaust, tyre and brake fitting side many years ago

Darn. Just last weekend I had the brakes replaced on all four wheels, and two tyres replaced when I probably only needed one. I thought Kwik Fit were to be trusted - after all, you can't get better than a Kwik Fit fitter, can you?

Kwik Fit rely on the people who haven't a clue.

I read a post on that Facebook group where someone needed two new tyres so went to Kwik Fit. Then Kwik Fit said he actually needed four new tyres.

Surely you should know yourself if you need new tyres or not. Unless you are blind.

(deep intake of breath) well just as well you did, you need new pads and discs all round. 3 tyres are borderline illeagal. shockers are knackered. and you also need a 4 wheel alignment lol lol lol lol

If they get enough bad publicity, I think Kwik Fit are shortly going to be offering some good deals on tyres, could be a good deal for us who know not to listen to their other suggestions of what needs doing.

suprised kwik fit lawyers have'nt managed to pull the program
watchdog also have a program made about NATIONWIDE AUTOCENTRES bad practise but their lawyers pulled it before going to air

Since when can you be sued for telling the truth? Even if the truth does harm a business, that's their own fault :mad:

i know it sucks but NW have very good lawyers (and more money than the bbc)
