New newsletter format is great! So much easier to read

I love the new look email, much easier to read. I did read some of the tax credit but not all as it didnt apply to me.

Definitely much better to read and scan.

One extra really useful thing would be to have a 'top' link next to each title so that you can use the top LHS links to navigate up and down to only what you're interested in.

And no I didn't read the top article because of what it was about.

The smaller headlines are much better and easier to scan through than the previous bigger ones.

Personally colour coding stuff helps me scan quicker and easier too eg. grouping all the 'Urgent' stuff together and slightly altering the background shade to aid the visual grouping.

I am avisually impaired user and use windows magnifier to navigate the site.
When navigating the new style enail I found that the new headlines to the left in blue were also highlighted in blue when the cursor hovered over them making it impossible to read.:mad:
However checking the link you gave to check the appearance, this was remedied as the script became white when the blue highlight appeared. hope this latter version will be the one used in future.;)

Apart from that, love the info.

Yes - exactly the same and its UNREADABLE !!

BUT - the new format is much much better, less cluttered, less tacky, much less tacky,
much more professional - I think I made that point?

I LOVE IT!! It is much clearer and easy to read - I love the headlines on the first page - they didn't take my attention away from the first article. I read it, even though it doesn't really apply to me.
Years ago, I got caught by overpayment when my hours changed at work. I wrote and told HMRC but they ignored me and went on paying me at my old rate. When they told me to repay £300+, I was able to win by producing a copy of this letter - my complaint was sent from one office to another. I finally wrote to the Financial Ombudsman - they cancelled the 'debt' and paid me £100 for the inconvenience. Never give up! You can win!!

Thanks for all your great advice and new layout. Definitely a YES from me.
