But you asked for help, and all I can see is people telling you what you *should* have done, not helping you decide what you *can* do.
unfortunately, with the experience that some of us have with university procedures, there isn't much to do now - it really is too late. offering false hope would be worse. suggesting a plan B is the only option. i think it's also important for the OP (and anyone else who stumbles across this thread) to understand why the appeal will have failed. it isn't 'unfair'; it's the system and too little was done too late.
it's also very difficult to help when direct questions are ignored in terms of who has been spoken to, what procedure is being used etc.
usually there are very positive responses to people who are struggling, encouraging them to engage with the system and with ideas of how to get support from different sources. there are a lot of people on here with very clear understanding of mental health issues but we also understand universities (and have seen a lot of students attempting to make excuses for laziness). 'poor you' posts will not get the uni to let the OP back in the course! they will not help the OP understand why their appeal has failed and they will not help them plan for an alternative option.:happyhear0 -

This.
A lot of us on here do have experience with both mental health problems and their impact on studying. We also have experience of how universities can support a student. But they cannot help with something they do not know about. I know all too well that talking to someone and admitting that everything is not okay is unpleasant, but sometimes it needs to be done, and usually the person will feel better for it.0
