May not necessarily be overpriced, its just a poor yield for the amount of work required.
Less than 5% on 100K before tax on rental income and agent fees/insurance/gas checks/EPC - you can get near enough 4% AFTER tax on a 5 year bond. Probably more to be honest but I just picked the first site google gave me.0 -

£450 MAKE A DIFFERENCE???
How do I upload a PICCY.....I need to show you it had two front doors....
£110,000 ish for two houses in one??
Could be converted back??0 -
Not that I have the cash spare (or even at all for that matter
)but personally I'd be wanting nearer 6.5% to be honest - £550 a month. You will need to upload it to somewhere like photobucket or tinypic and give us the link. 0 -
Then convert it, and live in one or sell them both.Mustbeananswer?? wrote: »Could be converted back??Been away for a while.0 -
Postcode. The we can see it on streetview.
Great if I can convert it into two houses. Will you live in one side? I'm not renting you both sides for £400.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Has the end property been built on as an afterthought? The line of the roof looks wrong and the guttering and chimney look as though the inner house was once the end.
Is that a bricked up alley way between the houses? Has that denied access to the neighbour? Couldn't they have done a better job? It all seems to work inside tho.....The kitchen is by the current front door....and it's huge!!It used to be a hairdressing salon.I'm a bit loathed to bash it in two....I have lovingly restored it....thats why i'm short of a bit of cash flow...0 -
