Hope i'm not breaking any Forum rules??
Two houses in one in South Yorkshire....valued at £110,000.
Happy to do a deal.....£105,000 or less.I'll rent back from you for say £400.00 amonth for as long as you propose.A far better return than any current interest rate will give you.....and you become a substantial property owner.
I'm a bit short of cash flow and can clear debts and create a good bit with that sort of deal!!
Do those figures stack up!!!:beer::beer::eek::eek:

Why don't you just sell them and rent somewhere else?Been away for a while.0

I can buy a 2 bedroom flat in a town I know thats significantly easier to get to if any problems occur that will rent for more than that (100 pcm more), AND it would cost me the same or even a bit less.
£400 a month will only just cover a BTL mortgage at 100%, never mind 125%0 -
You can get houses around here for £60k which will will rent easily for £450 to someone on housing benefit.0
