What I find perplexing is why my 'banker' squares never seem to win, yet my 'no-hoper' ones do?!

Still 2 wins for me if I get both , I won on 2 different spots for same day. When it says finishes 16th is that the last date for the square or actually the 16th is the last date you can play if you understand me?

T&C's state
The Competition will be open to play from 13 September 2010 and will close on 16 November 2010. The first forecast date is 1 October 2010 and the last forecast date is 17 November 2010. There will a final forecast date available for 2 April 2011 for any late entries to the Competition received after 16 November 2010 until 31 March 2011.

I can't see this working, I'd say the 17th will be all taken by the 12th/13th, yet it says closes on 16th. I wondered if they'll put a few extra days on after the 17th so you can play upto the 16th?
