  • First post here. I've been really encouraged by the stories here. I have sent the FOS questionnaire to Nawtionwide today, so lets hope i get a good result as well.
    Thanks to all the posters on this thread for giving me the kick up the backside to actually do something about claiming this PPI back.
    Here's hoping.

    Item AG*********GB was posted at Your local post office on 26/11/10 and is being progressed through our network for delivery.

    Still no sign of my letter being delivered to Nationwide.
    Is it normal for Royal Mail to take such a long time to deliver letters, or maybe there is something fishy going on??

    I think their trying to fob us off :mad:

    don't worry too much about these letters guys, under the 8 weeks complaints procedure they are obliged to acknowledge your letter, give an update at the four week point and a final response by 8 weeks. Once the 8 weeks is up then start to chase, but they have to give you something at the 4 week point !
