    Hi

As long as 8 weeks have passed, your entitled to make a complaint to the financial ombudsman service (FOS), see what happens by the 8th, good luck.;)

If you receive nothing in the post by tomorrow or by Monday the latest contact them for an update, then take it from there, the best of luck.;)

  • Hi guys sorry for the delay.

Well i received a letter from Nationwide last Friday which said they would refund me back the ppi amount i have paid. That equated to £1800.00, they gave me the option of paying it off the loan, a cheque or a irect transfer into my account.

I chose them to pay it into my account as i recently paid off the loan. I am now waiting for the money to be refunded to me, i have tried calling the complaints team to confirm they received my letter but have been engaged for 2 days!!
