I am reading these threads with great interest as likewise I was scammed by the infamous Mike Jones 11 years ago when this company first set up. Based in Blackpool at the time. I could write my own book on the chain of events and my own research into this professional conman!

I have some books if you just want to see some Linara ! They are mostly out of date and the photography is quite low quality. Most of the businesses featured that sell them all the time........ don't !

Mike Phelan is calling himself 'Watchingu' and sent me a email saying what he is going to do to me (he thinks I am a family member) this is now gone to the police and the media who will soon see what a evil low life scum bag him and his partner are! no Mike it is us watching you! so crawl back to your pit you fat rat!

Our friendly, innocent businessman who is not a scammer, liar, cheat, theif and general scumbag is very quiet ! I haven't heard a peep from him for ages, won't even asnwer his phone. But I seem to remember him saying he is always ready to talk...another convenient lie methinks !

Interesting.
A friend of mine who lives and works in California told me about a scam in the States. He told me how exclusive areas in which to resell self help cds were sold at very high prices considering the cds could be copied and the value of the product was debatable. People were drawn into the scam, not for the quality and viability of the product, but only because there was a guarantee that if a certain income wasn't achieved, a full refund would be given. A few refunds were given, just to allow time to build a large portfolio of victims.
Once enough victims were scammed and perhaps too many getting impatient for their promised refunds, the fraudster disappeared.
This Jones chap isn't American by any chance?

I think Mike is back scamming again, this is the ad on Gum Tree, he wants £5k upfront to start a partnership in creating e-books.
