Dear Mr Jones.

Thank you for your PM. I await your legal action with great interest. I do feel it fair to point out before you go to the trouble of paying lawyers to get a Norwich Pharmacal Order to identify just who I am, that nothing I put isn't available freely on the internet.

However may I recommend Carter Ruck somewhat expensive but they do tend to get the job done.

Otherwise I refer you to the response in Arkell v Pressdram

While I have copied the threads purporting to be from the said Mr Jones, I am guarded in my response. many moons ago, I remember my Mortgage advisor saying wondrous things about an investment that would in 25 years make me enough money to retire on. I did the maths and it did not add up.

While not taking sides, an investment of £2,500 in any book would not fit a business model to make £30,000, except to say, the one who sold the books has got their money, the one with the books has still got them.

When I went to school this was called Pyramid Selling.

I await the pm from Mr Jones, If my inbox is not full.

Now on to OP and others. These schemes only exist because people are to taken in by their own greed first, the vast richness of fortunes and desires, blinds ones own judgement.

Bottom line is...you owe a lot of people money. You wouldn't have this problem if you SIMPLY PAY BACK! It's a scam because it has a systematic MO. It's a scam because you've taken our money and promised to return the money if we change our minds, for ANY REASON. It's a scam because we soon realized you didn't actually have any intention of returning the money. It's a scam because you've given the same excuse to several people...deaths, cancer, family deteriorating. Don't talk to us about documentation either because Mike Jones, you are very well documented. Time to give Trading Standards a field day!

It amazes me when these type of charlatans pop up in some weak vein attempt at justifying themselves like this, in each post its the "me, me me" sympathy routine.

NOBODY ON HERE FEELS EVEN REMOTELY SORRY FOR YOU!, the only sympathies we have (us being the masses of general public), are towards the victims of the scam, (NEVER THE PERPETRATOR).

I see nothing libellous in this thread (plenty of facts - which are pretty damning), as such, this thread is less likely to be deleted. If by some miracle you manage to "shut people up", I can PERSONALLY guarantee, a new thread will arise, then another, then another. Up until those people who have been swindled, ripped off, scammed. Are EACH satisfactorily refunded, repaid or compensated, whilst simultaneously ensuring such a scamster, swindler, conman or cowboy are NEVER able to pull this off again.

You will find that mud sticks, not only does it stick, it lingers. In effect your history has not only caught up with you (to the point you are panicking so much so, your only defence is "rambling" and gripping on to dear life, of the sympathy card). This history will not simply vanish, it will stick with you like glue, whenever you think up of an alternative company, no matter what, this will rear its ugly head to remind "others" of a shady past.

You might not like this fact, you can jump up n down, stamping your feet and pull out any excuse in the book (however inane), it simply wont wash out. Its nothing short of what you deserve, I will repeat that the only sympathies go out to each of the victims.

There is so much more out there regarding YOU and YOUR company, that I could quite easily publish, all factual, publicly available and extremely damning, but NOTHING libellous. You are free to try to pursuit such matters in a court of law, but even You know that is just not going to happen.

But Hey feel free to prove we are all wrong, if you need a recommendation of a good lawyer, you only need ask, I am sure we will all point you in the right direction.

There is no point screaming to us about your intentions to sue, just go ahead and do it. It is clear that our intentions are to warn others about this scam, regardless of your attempts to stop it, up until a Court Judge demands us not to, we will likewise just go ahead and do it.

maybe I have been somewhat naïve, but having distributed successfully to numerous retail outlets myself for several years, is it too much to expect others to accomplish that? Perhaps it takes a certain type of person to liase with shopkeepers and retailers, but wherever someone has decided it is not for them, then they have always had the option to terminate their agreement. Perhaps I have also been more naïve in offering a full refund within my agreements, but that was merely my confidence in my books and the type of person I am. ...


Totally misleading. You can add that to you list of accomplishments, Mike!
The add was for a driver/distributor. You had sales staff, you said. They will make the contacts. The job was to deliver the books after a contact was made by your office. The job was to set up the display, collect sales and replenish stock. Like you said, it takes a certain type of people to liase with shopkeepers, to be a sales person. You knew that. If you had been advertising for a sales person, they would know that actually, your books are not saleable and therefore, less chance for them to put a security advance on unsaleable items!
I suppose I could have held on to your books and tried to sell them to get my money back but again, I’m not a salesperson, I’m a driver. I was secure in the knowledge that I simply had to return the stock and I will have my money back. Unfortunately for me, you’ve got all the items back but I am yet to be reunited with my cash.
You’re right Marleyboy, it’s very difficult to feel sympathy towards a person who makes a living out of scamming people.
Btw Mike, it’s not libel if it’s true.
