I know this is a longshot, but I hadn't updated my paypal primary address after a move, when mine didn't arrive I queried the address they had sent them to, it seems they use your paypal address instead of the one entered when ordering, it doesn't help that the order confirmation email contained no delivery info either, Ebest did however send replacements to the correct address, they took about 7 days to arrive.

Get Ebest to confirm the address they delivered to.

Finally got a reply not will see if I get a refund !

I received mine after 4 weeks from the email saying it had been despatched.

its been well over a week and dispite telling me they would refund I have not recieved it. I have emailed again and not recieved any answer.

Can those who got a refund give me any advice on how to get my money back ?

Well mine arrived this morning, not sure if this is the original or the replacement I asked for (I cant for the life of me find a date on the packaging) but I've gave it a bash and it works a treat, happy with it for the price, absolutely. Thanks to the OP!

I have not read all this thread but perhaps try Efordeal. They are on ebay and have their own website too (think its http://www.efordeal.com/)

I bought a card reader from them and they were very good at sending me a replacement as I had been sent the wrong one. Ordered an All-in-One and was sent a 23-in-1.

See: Ebay Item: 180053862853 I put the one that has the longest to go (approx 23 hours) but they do have other ones in their listing.

Otherwise do a search in Ebay for WIRELESS FM Transmitter.

Seems quite a few around the £6-£9 mark.

I do not have one of these so cannot comment on quality.

I didn't even know that they WERE illegal, I was quite shocked to read that BBC article. Just as well that the law is changing seeing as I've bought one of these for my SIL!
