how would you compare the sound quality to the likes of Radio 1? Is it the same, close or acceptable......

I'm waiting for mine to arrive. I can not envisage problems with a comparison with Radio 1. On my iPod I play music whereas Radio 1 hasn't played music for years.
  • .....yeah but in that case you are more likely to notice its limitations.

Two little parcels from HongKong dropped onto the mat this morning
    lovely stamps!

A torch for 8 yr old grandson
FM Wireless Transmitter for ... ME!:D

Will play with them later and let you know
I've now had time for a play:

    The torch works fine
    - brighter than a glow-worm  not quite a searchlight.
But no batteries to run down - just a few quick shakes (men will be better at this :D )

    The FM transmitter
    - tried it on my PDA (pocket computer) - no good - too much interference from the PDA.
Fine on an MP3 player once levels had been resolved.

I'd say - good value for just over £5 each

Switch off the bluetooth and wifi off on the PDA and see.
  • Computer have much interference and computer interfere radio receiver too
  • My transmitter was allegedly dispatched on the 6th October but there's still no sign. When I log into my account with ebest24, it says there are no past orders?!

    Whats goin on here?

    Should I be worried?

Yes. CHeck you've been debited then email ebest with the details.
  • I still haven't received mine (ordered 27th Sept), when I queried where they'd sent it they had used my old address!!

It seems that even though you enter a delivery address on the website, they use your primary paypal address instead (no notification of this when ordering), we'd just moved and I hadn't updated paypal. That probably explains the cut and paste bit when placing the order, as they then have a description of the items from the paypal transaction and don't have to look at the website when sending items out.

Ebest are now resending my order to the correct address as entered on their website.

    Certainly worth checking this.

    Hope this helps.
  • Hello,

How's the delivery of these going? Mine was sent on the 16th Oct but I have still not got it yet.

    Are others still waiting too?
