My stuff came today.....in the end. :j

They are not the quickest but at least it came. I just have to try it now and make sure it works!

They must have got so many orders after it was posted on this forum that they could not cope with the demand.

I placed an order with this company weeks ago

The FM Transmitter arrived
The Bite lamp arrived

BUT the MP3 Player I ordered has still not arrived. I have emailed them 3 times over the last week or so about it, as it says the order has been shipped but have I havent recieved a reply !

Is anyone else having a similar problem ?

Mine never did turn up at all. First email to complain about it got no answer. Second email got a reply to say they could replace or refund. Given that it was around 6 weeks since I ordered, I asked for a refund and got another reply telling me to get in touch if it wasn't in my account in 3 days time. 4 days later I got another email telling me they couldn't refund as they didn't have my email address. :rolleyes: I wonder if they thought they were contacting me by divine intervention.

I replied today telling them the email they have been contacting me on is the correct one. Maybe tomorrow will bring another new interesting twist. Lol.

I'm glad others have been happy with their goods/service but for me it's been one debacle from start to finish. Must be my turn for the bad luck.

Cassette adapter is direct - better than a transmitter. If you have no cassette player, it's the main option

You can simply leave a message at https://www.ebest24.com or email them at sales@ebest24.com to contact the customer service. Both would get reply.

Been over a month now since mine was despatched, still no sign. Three emails later and I'm still no further forward...great.

hiya! could people who have received the FM transmitter please say how long their order took from day of ordering to day of receiving the goods, as i have been waiting 5-6 weeks so far and nada yet...Thanks!

Can't remember exactly, but mine was no longer that 10 days. If you've waited that long might be worth emailing them.
