Damn - I SO want a 360 - just missed out on Tescos debacle - then, on this deal, delayed when there was only three games left and decided to give it a miss when it was down to two - lesson learned!!!!

Good on Currys for honouring this and a well done to all those that took the risk!!

I received my vouchers (for £190) today by recorded delivery, and got an email saying that my game and joypad would be here within 5 working days.

    A very happy buyer :-)

I received £250 in vouchers yesterday and have had a dispatch note for another joystick even though i had an additional one when they sent the core 360 in the first place.

I am well happy especially as i have been an xbox360 owner since day one.

I now need to work out the best way of getting rid of the core pack that i dont need.

I was considering taking it back to my local currys to see whether i could get a refund.

Do you think that is too risky as i am concerned that the vouchers may be linked on to my order and hence if i go back to the store they may realised that i have had vouchers already.

Now I know that I would just be pushing my luck just that little bit too much if I tried that !

Can you not sell it on Ebay ?

Ps. anyone know what happened to the 20g hard drive offer from woolies ? Can't find it on their website now ? Cheapest place anyone ? Thx
  • I finally got an e-mail saying basically pick 5 games from our website so I've e-mailed them back with my choices and pointed out that the microsoft official controller would be fine in place of the missing one!
I'm also after a cheap Hard Drive as I missed out on the woolies "deal" too :(
