Did you receive email confirmation about the vouchers or a phone call ?

I received a phone call from Currys the day after I sent another email outlining all the problems, and I attached my screenshots.

I sent the following addresses the same e-mail

It was someone from Head Office (xx@dsgiplc.com) who then got back to me.

Everything was then sorted out via email

CS have rung, i'm getting vouchers for all the games and also for the controller (gave me a choice which I'm happy about!). All in 5-7 days.

And if arushofblood got £190 in vouchers + the controller + King kong, I should be getting a tidy sum of vouchers (Makes the hours on the phone seem worthwhile)

ms01ma, if they were the games they offered in the first place: Condemned, Tiger Woods 06, Need for Speed, king kong, Fifa 06, then you wouldn't have much of a case.

But also if you didn't get a controller you should argue that aswell.

Anyway I think we're all lucky to at least have them honoring the deal eventually. They could've refused completely and had tons of returned xboxs!

I was contacted and told they had to send king kong and controller, but I'm not complaining. Also said it should be around £190 of vouchers. Not bad at all!

Can use the controller on PC aswell btw.
