Hi all , im new to this forum, I am in the same boat as most of you, i also ordered the XBOX 360 5 Games & Controller, and i also have only received the console, mine was delivered on monday as they tried to deliver to the wrong address on fri. Anyway i have spoken to 4 different people as Currys C/S  , and my details have been sent to there head office for them to sort it out, but they tried to tell me i had ordered the console only, but i know what i ordered, i have also taken screenshots of the sale process,
So please keep me informed of your progress and i will do the same.

The only number i have is Curry's C/S 0870 333 1 222 , I have asked them so many times for the Head Office number or even an email address for them, but they say they don't have a number.

Its driving me mad as its my son's birthday today and he has an XBOX with nothing to play on it.
  • Just been on the phone again to CS!! grrrrr
Spoke to a very understanding guy and vented my frustration out again, but remained calm despite the fact they haven't contacted me as they said they would!
Got NO joy at all with getting any decision, complained about the fact it's now over 2 weeks since I ordered this and still no games or controller.
Just kept getting the same response that it was in the hands of "Head Office" and he couldn't provide any contact details for them whatsoever, or even tell me who was making this almighty "Decision"!!
Not overly impressed so far with Currys "Customer Service" - might go down to their store and complain there instead!!! grrrr - I know it wouldn't do any good, but it might make me feel better!!! lol

If you really feel like being a pain , the parent company for the currys/dixons group is DSG International PLC link here. This link has all their contact details for the retail sections, you might just get more joy here.
    Good luck.

I have tried the DSG phone number earlier on today, but you get past from pillar to post and end up back at Currys C/S, Talking to the same people who just give the same answer "Head office are dealing with it", anyway i have just recieved an email back from someone at Currys after i sent them about 10 emails monday,,, Below

    Dear Mr X

Thank you for your email dated 9 October 2006, I do apologise for my

apologies for the inconvenience caused, you will be receiving confirmation
as to what action we will be taking next.

I've just sent ANOTHER email to Currys/DSG group asking what the status of my order is. If I do not receive a (satisfactory) response by the end of today I will take the matter up with my bank and Trading Standards.

I think they have had quite long enough to sort this mess out.
