    Doctor : Sounds like a minor case of spenditus.
    Patient : Phew, only minor!
    Doctor : Indeed, otherwise you would have actually paid to see me.

    The jokes on the first page seem to be the best though.
    Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
