It's certainly more than 1, clairibel. Because you get the chance to remove the spam indicator that you've given it.
Feel free to test it on this post of mine. (But remember to remove it again!)

Don't know how many it does take, though.

How do you know how many other people hit the spam button also?

Also, as MSE Ian confirmed, there is no way of you knowing whether the post was removed via the spam button, or via a report to the abuse team. One report can get a post removed if the abuse team agree.

Like i said in my post i had literally posted and within 3 mins it had gone, Just cannot see how that many people have the time to read and spam so quickly which made me think only 1 person needs to do it. Just my thoughts anyway.

Is abuse taken up that quickly? I was peeved because i'm no spammer/abuser and made a mistake that wasn't correctly dealt with, it only needs someone to tell you where you've gone wrong and for me to amend it.
