Thanks Kathfish - just seems that having only the weekend to do it in and also having no pc right now, I'm stuffed and can only hope that I'll find some real bargains for £4!

My husband has offered to give me £1 to help - as it's a gift can I accept?

You'll find some good things for £4, I'm sure!! Is there somewhere that you can access the internet and list some items on ebay? My local library offers 1 hour free internet access which is ideal! :T Or in your lunch break at work if you have a pc there?

I think a £1 gift might be ok... will help you get started!

    Hi everyone :D

I've received one of the clothes lots that I bought from Ebay but my mannequins still haven't arrived so I don't really want to list them before I get these. Hopefully they will arrive tomorrow as I am away all weekend

I received a prize today that I have already put on Amazon. It's a Miami Vice DVD box set which I am hoping will get me £22 after fees and postage :D

I'm off to take another look at Ebay for some more things to buy and sell.

How has everyone else done today?

How much do you have to deposit?

I don't think there is an amoutn you have to deposit. When I opened my account from a referal I put £60 in the account on the Monday and took it out on the Wednesday, then within 28 days of me putting money in I got my £50 welcome bonus. I only have one referal card left so the next person who is definate they would be able to put the money in and open the account, PM me and I will refer you.

    Wow!

Well I'm finally at the end to post after reading thru the WHOLE thing from start to finish!

Just want to say first of all, well done to everyone for every effort they've made so far and all the successes we've been enjoying.

I'm a little late I know but was hoping I could jump on in :) please?

So far, as my effort, I have listed 2 dvd box sets on ebay, as these were bday gifts and I really dont watch them, am I right in thinking thats ok?
I'm also waiting on a £20 cheque from Mutual Points, it has taken me 2 yrs lol to build up 3000 points to redeemed because I refused to spend anything to make up points, so it has solely been done thru click thrus at 5 points per click! So am I right again in thinking thats a good 'un?

I've also been searching thru Ebay at the Me To You Tatty teddies. Now I've been given about 6 for various birthdays, xmas's, I love yous (from an ex, bit mean to do it to the current bf :) ). From what I've seen I've got 3 styles that arent listed at all, still in original packaging etc, so maybe I'd get a reasonable bid for these? Then again anything is better than nothing!

My next question is I've been making salt dough ornaments recently, and I know you cant spend money to make money, but if my £20 cheque came through, and I used this to buy materials such as flour, salt, paints etc, can I then sell what I make from those materials, as they've been funded by the challenge?

Everyones success stories have dwiddled my brain :)
And I just want to check with the powers that be!

Hi, welcome to the challenge :D - it is fine to sell your birthday gifts for the challenge, if they didn't cost you anything then they are allowed :D

Your Mutual points payout will count as you didn't need to spend anything to get the cheque.

Of course you may invest some of your money into buying materials to make your ornaments - good luck with getting a profit on those :T
