I've invested in something which I will hopefully ebay at a profit - so my total is down to 33.84!!!

I been thinking that it looks really low now after it was 112 but I'm just hoping that some larger investments now will bring larger returns later.

  • hi, i'm a new member living in spain, just saw this thread and am very interested - just off to register with pigsback now !!!!!!!! then off out to find my first euro ..... might seem like a desperate idea, but, quite often phone boxes have money stored which people do not claim back, just press the refund button to release, that would do to start the fund nicely !

By the way, if anyone wants to spend their creatively aquired gains, i'm a property finder, feel free to ask any questions about purchasing land or houses in spain and i'll try to assist.

I feel a bit scared but excited now that my totals dropped by nearly 80 pounds over the last week.

However, I've got butterflies in my tummy about whether or not things will actually sell for a profit or not.

Azahr chica - I don't mean to be rude but F**k off.

Soscrooge - Wow - that's a harsh target you've got yourself there!! - I'm over 4k in debt and my DF date is a month after yours.

I too am going to move into a nice country home with land so I can have a couple of horses and I also would like goats, ducks and chickens - I haven't decided where yet either - am going to decide that nearer the time!!

  • My £1024 has been spent already (in my head)

I need money to help me move flat (a man with a van, hopefully off freecycle)

a sofa (but will try and get that off freecycle too)

and the navitity set (which comes in at a huge £12.95)

which leaves money for me to get Cosmos something nice for Christmas
Debt of £6300 cleared in 5 years, now ZERO

Sounds good! You should have some change from £1024 I think... unless you get a very pricey man-with-van!! ;) :rotfl:

I don't know what I'll spend mine on... tempting to imagine some kind of treat but really I just need the money I'm generating to be able to live at the mo... job-hunting and all that. Am hoping to get some temp work starting in the next few weeks though so then my MFN cash could be surplus and I could get a small pressie for myself... would seem a shame to do all this and not treat myself at all!!! ;):D

I'm going to carry on anyway beyond this challenge... keep generating money as much as I can... its nice to keep track of and feel that's money I'd never have had otherwise! :T

Morning all - I need some advice - someone bought 3 vouchers from me on 20th October and still hasn't paid. First she said she had posted postal orders, then said they must have got lost and she would post more, then when I asked for a bank transfer instead she delayed a few days answering and finally said on the 31st she had done the transfer. I have called my bank who said yesterday the funds should ahve been coming in overnight if she paid Tuesday. But they said nothing was showing. I have sent her over 7 messages since the 20th so I have kept in touch and been fair. Now I have said that unless she pays Monday by 5pm I will have no choice but to leave negative feedback and report her.

I think 2 weeks is more than enough, especially as she is not on holiday etc. She has 160 feedback and no negatives, so I can't understand the delay and her slow responses. I will have to do it on Monday - what else can I do?
