Just thought of another fun quiz I did several years ago. Cryptic clues to chocolate bars. Not saying it was a long time ago but Marathons were still marathons!
example: Public Transport = Double Decker7 Angel Bears for LovingHands Autumn Challenge. 10 KYSTGYSES. 3 and 3/4 (ran out of wool) small blanket/large square, 2 premie blankets, 2 Angel Claire Bodywarmers0 -
How about borrowing some toasters, and buying bread and butter and jam. They can sell toast at break times for 10p or 20p ish.
My boyfriend did this to raise money for a gap year and raised £300 in a term.Proud to have become an Ocean Rower in 2010 (crossed the Atlantic in a crew of 4 ladies and had the best 77 days of my life!)0 -

She has joined together with two other girls so they have £6 to play with. The money has to be raised within school, ie from the 1100 girl pupils and teachers. They are not allowed to give sweets as prizes.
Projects already tried by other groups include: guess the teacher from their baby photo; bake sale; treasure hunt; sponsored hair dyeing/braiding.
Anyone done anything like this before and can give us some ideas? She has until half-term to complete the project.
Thanks folks
