            Hi Everybody
Well I have got £38.50 to go to my first goal of £500 to make an overpayment. Carried on sorting out the house yesterday and the car boot sale amount of stuff is going bigger and bigger. So may go either this weekend or the next will see how far I get.
I have also got some stuff on ebay at the moment so that is due up in a few days. So any money raised will go in my overpayment pig.
Anybody got any other ideas as I am running out quite fast now, but wont to keep on going.
any ideas would really be appreciated.
Take care everybody and dont spend to much

            Hi Everybody,
Well I have carried on sorting out the house. Not finished yet but may finish sort out next week.
Took an old tv to one of those cash converts shops this morning and they gave me £10 for it. I was going to take it to the tip. So another £10 in the pig, just £28.50 to go before I have £500.
Last week instead of doing a big shop which I usually spend about £80 per week then spend about £10 in the week I have spent £5 per day making it £35 spent this week. The kids have moaned a little about not having as much junk but that is better for them.
Going to continue this next week.
I am trying not to put the heating on to save on the gas bill but it is really getting cold today. Has everybody put there heating on?
 So jobs for next week:
Keep up with the £5 a day shopping budget
Continue to sort out the junk and either put some on ebay and do car boot sale.
 Take care everybody

            Hi aprilshower,
You seem to be doing really well. I'm on a similar path to you and have done many of the things you're doing now. Well done.
There is a thread on the Old style board for a grocery challenge which runs each month and we're very supportive. There are also loads of other threads to help keep the food costs down such as weezls thread. Basically, check out the old style boards and you may find a few things to help there.
I started a DFW diary as I also have a CC that I'm OP-ing for the next 13 months and then will only be mortgage so will possibly join over on this thread then.
Well done and keep up the fantatsic work.
 Take care,

            Hi
Thank you for that will have a look at the old style saving when the kids have gone to school but it sounds good.
Still no heating yesterday so think I am doing really well. This week more items on ebay and am going to try and do a car boot sale at weekend will see what the weather is going to be like.
Also going to keep up with the £5 a day food challenge because that does save alot of money. So will then see what is left in the bank at the end of the month.
Any more ideas would be great.
 Take care everybody

            Hi Everybody,
Well my items on ebay finished last night sold 10 and 5 did not sell. Never mind will put them on again at a later date.
Any way made £78 which is great so packaged them up this morning and am going to take them the post office on way to school later.
Decluttering and making money at the same time great. :T:T
any way going to make an overpayment on the mortgage today of £500 which is great.
On to the next £500 now. My target is to pay another £500 payment before the end of the year and this will take me to nearly my 10% that I can pay each year.
Will then start to save again for next year.
Well keep it up everybody we will all MF one day

            Hi Everybody
Well paid my £500 overpayment. Just had another email from ebay to say they are doing another free listing day on Saturday and Sunday I think.
I dont think they must be doing much business at the moment. So I am really really going to hit it this time and list all the things that I didnt last time.
 Take care
