It's an A rating, i hope this link works http://www.currys.co.uk/gbuk/norfrost-c2aew-b-chest-freezer-white-05270812-pdt.html
Thanks for the link. They have the same freezer I wanted - size wise - for cheaper than Argos are doing it. Think I may order with Currys instead and they are quick at delivering too. Many thanks. A proper freezer instead of an icebox will be heavenly this winter if reports of a worse winter are anything to go by!Time to find me again0 -
Hi
Cathy2702 I second Princess Kate on Go Outdoors, used to work there and range alone is fab and reasonably priced. Staff discount made it better:p. Now I look in a regatta outlet shop, we've got a big freeport type place not too far away. I've picked up lots of weatherproof bargains, need the same for DS who is 2 and very tall.
Picked up 15 kgs basmati rice for £10 at local Mr M, because of Ramadan!! Spent 9 hours yest tidying garage and moving food and kitchen eqt towards front of garage. Have plenty of beans, lots of marmalade. Just need to stock up on tuna and porridge oats. Found 10 litres concentrated screen wash lots of salt and some more ice scrapers. Need to do again this eve and sort out paperwork into small bags so I can bring it into house and deal with it a bit at a time. Also found large tub of timber preserver so I can do fence. It's getting colder here too and nights drawing in and later sun up.
We had new street lights fitted a couple of years ago, 1 right in frnt of my bedroom window. I could read a book by it!! I spoke to the council and if they are directly in front of your window they can put guards on which directs it away from your window!0 -

Is Northampton the capital of winter prep?!! :snow_laug0 -
Wow, I think we might just be!!! After the snow before and after Christmas the last 2 years, I am not taking any chances! I live 5 mins walk from the town centre (on a normal day) but last year, with my thermals, yak-traks etc it took me nearly 1/2 an hour  to walk in!!! None of the side streets were gritted and my school in W'boro was open  so I had to get the bus to work...no chance of even trying to move my car! I'll be ready this year (I hope)!!

I didn't know The Doctor was from Northampton. He's fantastic in the part. I didn't think I would watch again after David Tennant left. Now I ask myself "David who?" :rotfl:
It's back in less than 3 weeks!!!!! :j:j:j (can you tell I'm a Doctor Who fan?)

tried warning a close friend about winter yesterday after she asked my why i had bulk bought some curry paste. I said it was for my winter stores in case i couldnt get out and about for a while and she just shruged it off. her comment was 'they cant get it right about tomorrow so how do they know it will be bad' i tried to explain but she wasnt having any of it. Guess i will be sending food packages to her over fence come the snow so her children can eat!Me, DD1 19, DS 17, DD2 14, Debt Free 04/18, Single Mum since 11/19

If anyone is wanting to stock up on rice, Mr T's has 1Kg bags for 18p.CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. You can enjoy it even if you don't understand it and too much can give you a headache the next day J0
