Only cruises - cruise deals for all

I booked Norwegian Jade on 12th, we also received the email. Our itinerary has been changed to 2 days in Istanbul and 1 day in Naples (no mention of Capri though?)
Also 'We will operate the originally scheduled itinerary on 31 October 2012. Guests wishing to change their reservation to the 31 October 2012 sailing may do so and their cruise fare will be protected.'
Not sure if I'm feeling disappointed yet, only booked because it was so cheap

I made our booking through VacationsToGo so the email is for its American audience. Naples(Capri) to them is a bit like London (Southampton)

As its two port changes the T&Cs suggest you could cancel, but I'm not sure if NCL would invoke the 'we had no choice, threat of violence' escape route.

just to cover a couple of questions.

Jade : ex rome, unless you need to be away Xmas NY the cruises either side are much cheaper and easier to get flights for.

Spirit, last year the jade version of the cruise was £350, flight £110.

the advert above looks to be the spirit from BCN even though it says Jade.

Have a look back at a couple of pges from last year to see the prices that were available last year, there were a few good ones.

Friends of ours did that cruise last week and their ports were changed. They enjoyed it. It is possible to get to Capri fro Naples under your own steam. Not sure if the direct route will be running from Napes you may have to get the ferry to Sorrento which is the travel hub.

I've went from Naples to capri in October, if that helps any..? I could try and find details when I get home..

We are looking to book a cruise for 10 of us in septemeber. NCL epic Mediterranean, either 1st or 8th Sept. Can anyone recommend a good site to buy from? trying to get the best deal. we can fly with easyjet out and back so we really only need a deal for the cruise part altough we would be open to a package if it worked out cheaper over all. Any info appreciated!
