Do you really want to know??
At 8am i was on the phone to the doctors cos little boy was complaining of an itchy bum last night - that kept him awake for over 2 hours. Eventually i got an appt via the Triage nurse.
School told me to keep him off till he'd gone to doctors, went to appt and was given perscription, walked to chemist in next village, only to be told they didn't have medicine in stock!
Walked back to own village and caught train into town to get medicine at Boots.
Bought kids their dinner.
Baby needed nappy changing, went to mother and baby room then needed toilet myself. Son decided he needed loo himself didn't aim straight and it went all over my trousers!!
Decided to go back home, arrived early for train so waiting in waiting room. Missed the announcement and missed train! Had to go to another platform asking for help with pushchair.
Next train arrives, son walks on in front, i find i can't get 3 wheeler buggy on, back wheels too big. Guard sends me to another door. I point out 4 year old has already got on and he says he'll shout himn to other end.
Walk down platform to get buggy on other door, big queue of people before me. Eventually i get on and no sign of eldest! I shout him and thankfully he appears he was weaving himself through the other people.
Eventually i got home 4 and a half hours later!!!!!!!!0 -

I'm off work sick at the moment but by 7.30 this morning I had got daughter up, cooked her breakfast, made her packed lunch, chopped meat and vegetables for stew tonight, put 1 load of washing on and started ironing what had dried overnight.
I then took her to school, made breakfast for son who is also poorly and since then have done 2 more loads of washing, baked 2 cakes and a meat pie for tomorrow [it's parents evening so will be out tomorrow], sorted out the filing cabinet and cleaned all the bathrooms,
that was it before lunch.
On a normal day I would be finishing work at 7.30am after an 11 hr shift and still be looking for time to do all the above.I am a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Wales, Small Biz MoneySaving, In My Home (includes DIY) MoneySaving, and Old style MoneySaving boards. I remember someone on the site saying once that they had a dentist appt cancelled at the last minute and they charged the dentist for their time at the same rate as the dentist would charge you if you cancelled with less than 24hrs noticeI am a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Wales, Small Biz MoneySaving, In My Home (includes DIY) MoneySaving, and Old style MoneySaving boards. You lot are making me tired just reading how energetic and organised you are at 7.30am. This morning, I sat bolt upright in bed at 7.45am, having overslept cos I stayed up watching The Rainmaker on ITV2, kicked hubby out of bed, then had to make two breakfasts, two packed lunches, plait two lots of hair, get myself ready for work, all in half an hour. Dropped kids off, went to work, picked kids up, homework, pancakes, Brownies, dinner. Phew!
Going to bed early tonight.Only 5% of those who can give blood, actually do!
