Hmm I overslept and got up at 8.20 one child was dressed the other wasnt. She is the unco-operative one too. Did battle with her hair and stood over her while she ate her breakfast as slowly as possible.
Made packed lunches in record time and delivered children to school in time.
Came home tidied up and spent most of the last few hours on the internet doing work and chasing bargains“A budget is telling your money where to go instead of wondering where it went.” - Dave Ramsey0 -

Ok, I'll do you a deal ... you come and do my housework and I'll sort out your bills and finances
I probably spend on average 8-10 hours a day parked on my a$$ in front of this computer but I justify it by comparing it to an office worker in full-time work
I do try to get up and do something for 10 mins or so every hour so I don't feel as though I've completely wasted the day and I really should start using the air-walker I got from Boots last week at a bargain price to shift some of this weight I put on recently!
Since my last post I've jointed a chicken (bought 2 for £6 at Tesco), shoved the bones/skin etc in the freezer to make stock at a later date (I like to get a collection of them first and do a huge pot) ... put a big pan of onions/garlic/ginger on to boil for my basic curry sauce, some of which I'll do for dinner tonight and the rest will be frozen for future curries (makes about 4-6) ... and cleaned/sterilised all my pets' water bowls"An Ye Harm None, Do What Ye Will"

I shouldn't worry about it! I can often spend 2-3 days at a time in my pj's and dressing gown, but then I never go out and it's rare for anyone to call around (apart from delivery guys) so I don't see the point in getting dressed

I think my postie would have a shock if I actually answered the door to him in my clothes these days, even when he calls at lunchtime LOL!
I did get a comment off a new delivery guy last week when I answered the door at 3pm in my dressing gown and he asked if I'd just got up and I said no, I just don't bother getting dressed! I could see by the look on his face that he was imagining all sorts!!!"An Ye Harm None, Do What Ye Will"

I stay in my pj's whenever I can. I put them on as soon as I get home from work too.
I've got a love/hate relationship with your avatar Curry Queen. It makes me laugh out loud but its disgusting at the same time. Makes me think of that pukey John bloke from Celebrity Big Bro tooSometimes it's important to work for that pot of gold...But other times it's essential to take time off and to make sure that your most important decision in the day simply consists of choosing which color to slide down on the rainbow...0 -
