  • Thanks so much Lordra for taking the time to do that. I try and keep up with this thread but sometimes it moves quickly and if you're not on it every day you can get lost!
  • Yesterday I got two Beany Baby 'zip clip' things with big eyes , when i got home one had scanned at £2 , one at 1p ! Not sure of the bar codes as they were for my prize box at school so no longer have them. Might be worth scanning through.

Hi Lordra, I just wanted to say that much as your list is really good, it's not the best idea to put one on the thread. T's do go through the thread and a list only helps them pull the stuff quicker;)But the main reason people tend not to put lists up is because what happens is lurkers come on the site for 10 minutes, find your list, print it off and before you know most T's have been cleared out.It makes it too easy for people, if you have to read a few pages to get a bargain it makes people more likely to join in and contribute, with a list they don't:( Please don't take it the wrong way it's just a bit of advice, remember
    it's a public forum;)

Would like to say I totally agree with Nikki. And please don't take it the wrong way Lordra, I can see you put a lot of hard work into your list. But the more experienced of us 1p bargain hunters have learnt the hard way and find that our stores get cleaned of bargains when lists have been around before.

We all tend to keep our own lists whether handwritten on scraps of paper or nice and neatly typed out and add to them as new finds are reported. Few of us agreed a while back that there is no need to give the full barcode that Tesco would be able to input easily to find if items in specific stores. The last few digits of a barcode are usually enough to confirm you have come across the right thing. ;)
